Warranty Information

It is our mission to provide the highest quality bat that we can and when we put our name, we mean it. Understanding that the process to finding a bat that you want to swing and put trust in isn't a small task. But we're also baseball players, and we know that the game can give you a wild bounce – or break – every now and then. In the event that a break uncovers a defect that we weren't able to see before shipping it out, we will offer a one time replacement within 45 days. We will not replace any bat that breaks due to misuse which can be defined as followed:

  • Any break caused by hitting a baseball outside of the sweet spot on the barrel
  • Not hitting with the label up or down
  • Hitting any machine dimple balls
  • Paint chipping
  • Any damage to the cupped area of the bat that does not effect its performance
  • Water damage or any damage due to non-ideal storage

This warranty only covers prime grade models and does not cover fungo or training bat models.

Warranty Process:

  • Take photographs of the entire bat
  • Scan or take a photograph of your receipts
  • Attach the images along with your online order # (if made online) to warranty@pennantbat.com

From there we will make a determination if the bat has gone through proper care and normal use guidelines. If it has we will replace the bat. If not, we will give you a report as to why. Please give up to 14 days to respond to any warranty claims. All shipping charges will be under the customers responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse offering a replacement to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care.
